Essay

The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determination, based on the doctrinal and normative sources analysis, of theoretical and practical bases of legal support of information rights in the court. It is substantiated that the COVID-19 pandemic and the introduced quarantine restrictions created additional conditions that positively affected the introduction and wide spreading of new information opportunities, the use of information technologies and the creation of mechanisms to ensure information rights in the court.
