Thesis is one of the first complex researches in Ukraine, in which a іnvestigator-criminologist is considered as a subject of information law in digital conditions are given. As a result of the research, based on the analysis of doctrinal and normative sources, a theoretical generalization and a new solution of the scientific problem of creating an information and legal concept of professional activity of the іnvestigator-criminologist in digital conditions are given.
