Thesis comes up with a new solution for a scientific target – comprehensive processing of theoretical and applied aspects of the use of administrative liability for the violations in land relations under the law of Ukraine. The research clarifies the concept and formulates the features in the land relations. Thus, it is concluded that an offence in the land relations is an unlawful, guilty act, which trenches upon the social relations towards the possession, use and control of land and is subject to administrative liability according to the law.
