The dissertation provides theoretical generalization and a new solution to a scientific task, which consists in the study based on the analysis of doctrinal and regulatory sources of administrative and legal protection of forests by the National Police of Ukraine. The concept of administrative and legal protection of forests, which includes a warning, bringing to the responsibility of forest laws and the protection of the legitimate interests of forest users, is determined.
