Dubovy Y. Administrative and legal bases of control and supervisory activity of law enforcement bodies in the sphere of circulation of excisable goods

The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to determine the nature and features of control and supervision of law enforcement agencies in the field of excisable goods, trends and prospects of building a new model of the latter taking into account Ukraine's integration into the European Union. The essence of the concept and content of control and supervision activities of law enforcement agencies in the field of circulation of excisable goods as a separate type of state control over economic activity is clarified. The tasks, features and principles of control and supervision of law enforcement agencies in the field of circulation of excisable goods are determined. The state of normative-legal regulation of control-supervisory activity of law-enforcement bodies in the sphere of circulation of excisable goods is characterized. The own definition of the concept is offered and the structure of the mechanism of control and supervisory activity of law enforcement bodies in the sphere of circulation of excisable goods is investigated.
