Zhayvoronok I. State regulation of the pension system

The object of the study is the processes of state regulation of the pension system. The research aims to the development of theoretical provisions and substantiation of methodological and applied recommendations for the state regulation of the pension system. The author used such methods as: morphological analysis, synthesis and grouping; structural and logical analysis; graphic; abstraction; process approach; modeling; method of complex statistical coefficients, mathematical method and method of comparison. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to the study of the theoretical principles of state regulation of the pension system. Scientific novelty of the results: the author has developed the model of mandatory funded pension subsystem; has improved the structure of the investment portfolio of private pension funds; has improved the method of determining the effectiveness of the pension system; has improved the a set of measures to increase the efficiency of the distribution pension system; has developed conceptual and terminological apparatus of pension subsystems; has developed system of indicators for monitoring the efficiency of the non-state pension subsystem. The subject of research are scientific-methodical and applied provisions on the state regulation of the pension system. Author’s recommendations are used during the state regulation of the pension system. The scope of use of the author's recommendations is enterprises, the pension fund of Ukraine, non-state pension funds, state tax inspections, state and local authorities.
