Essay

The object of the study is the processes of economic evaluation and state planning of property transformations. The research aims to the development of theoretical provisions and substantiation of methodological and applied recommendations for the economic evaluation and state planning of property transformations. The author used such methods as: comparative analysis, systematization and generalization; grouping; empirical research; statistical analysis; mathematical analysis; matrix method; index method. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to the study of the theoretical principles of economic evaluation and state planning of property transformations. Scientific novelty of the results: the author has proposed introduce signs of ownership, use and disposal of property in the matrix model of evaluation of property transformations; has improved the principles of interpretation of property transformations that occur in a cyclical environment; has improved the system for assessing the consequences of previous property transformations; has improved the system of indicators of prevention and planning of property transformations; has developed a qualitative approach to determining the process of property transformation for the purpose of its evaluation and planning; has developed classification of types of property transformation. The subject of research are scientific-methodical and applied provisions on the economic evaluation and state planning of property transformations. Author’s recommendations are used during the economic evaluation and state planning of property transformations. The scope of use of the author's recommendations is enterprises, state and local authorities.
