Thesis is devoted toimproving the diagnosis and treatment quality of cardiorespiratory disorders in patients with comorbid obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).165 people were divided into groups: group I (n=31) – patients with GERD, group II (n=32) – with OSA, group III (n=72) – with OSA and GERD combination. Control group – 30 people. In patients with comorbid OSA and GERD the elevation of the autonomic regulation has been increased with the sympathetic and parasympathetic parts activation, the oxidative stress parameters, the functional state of the myocardium have been impaired(«Myocardium» index and theleft ventricle diastolic dysfunction were increased) in comparison with OSA patients.The use of thiotriazoline in patients with OSA and GERD combination improved the clinical course of diseases, the functional state of the heart, reduced autonomic dysregulation and reduced the oxidative stress.
