Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of an actual problem of increase of productivity of machines for introduction of mineral fertilizers by increase of their working width of capture. The scientific work develops mathematical models that describe the patterns of acceleration of mineral fertilizer particles by centrifugal screening body taking into account the parameters and modes of its operation, physical and mechanical properties of mineral fertilizers and each of the four sectors of the working body to which mineral fertilizers can be supplied. Based on these models, the dependences for determining the current value of the relative velocity of the fertilizer along the blades of the centrifugal screening body and its value at the time of ascent of the fertilizer are obtained. As a result of theoretical and experimental studies it is established that the machine, which is equipped with an advanced centrifugal screening body, provides the application of granular fertilizers with a working width of up to 39 m, while their uneven application on the working width will not exceed ± 20% and direction the unit will not exceed - ± 10%, which satisfies the agronomic requirements for machines for applying mineral fertilizers. On the basis of generalization of the received results of researches there were developed and in the conditions of agroindustrial production there was conducted the approbation of recommendations on the choice of constructive scheme, parameters and operation modes of the improved centrifugal sifting working body of the machines for mineral fertilizers application. Thus it has been reached: increase in working width of capture in 1,95 times; reduction of total direct operational expenses on 33,22 UAH / ha; reduction of the resulted operational expenses on 41,04 UAH / ha.
