In the dissertation work, a theoretical generalization is carried out and a solution to an important scientific and applied problem is proposed, which consists in the development of conceptual, theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for the economic security of the national economy in the context of globalization. The obtained scientific results will help to improve national economic security.
A conceptual framework and approaches have been developed to ensure the economic security of the national economy, implying a comprehensive multilateral study of the impact of socio-economic indicators and systemic complementarity, which will contribute to the formation of new links between complementary segments of the system for ensuring the economic security of the national economy, in order to support a priori, a posteriori and mixed regulation, which will balance the economic security of the state. Scientific approaches to the formation of a composite mechanism for ensuring national economic security are proposed, taking into account the system of purposeful interaction of coordinated basic and auxiliary parts aimed at predicting and timely prevention of global and local threats, as well as identifying and eliminating violations and abuses in the socio-economic sphere through the functional use of techniques, levers and controls. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the configuration of ensuring national economic security have been formed, providing for the variability of the empirical substantiation of the systematic effect of the relevant factors on the process of ensuring national economic security.
The application of a systematic approach in the regulation of the economic stability of the national economy is substantiated, which is focused on ensuring the dynamic decomposition of targets aimed at creating conditions for the transition from an unpredictable state of the system according to the algorithm of a dissipative structure to its directional desired state, to contribute to the sustainable development of the national economy in an increasing uncertainty and dynamics of the factor environment.
A methodological basis for a multicriteria assessment of ensuring the economic security of the national economy is proposed, which, in contrast to the existing ones, are formed on the basis of the systemic and semantic approaches to determining the components of economic security, in order to supplement the methodological support of the economic security regulation system at the appropriate level. The methodological support for the formation of national economic security has been developed and substantiated, which is aimed at the compositional regulation of processes in the macroeconomic environment, taking into account global challenges, permanent turbulence, multilateral and multilevel interdependencies in the national economy, with the aim of methodological support of the country's economic security system.
