Vyshneva A. Administrative and Legal Status of Judicial Governance Bodies

The dissertation research provides a new explanation of the scientific task of identifying and describing the features of the administrative and legal status of the judiciary in Ukraine. Describing the philosophical principles and theoretical and legal approaches to understanding the administrative and legal status of the judiciary in Ukraine, the author reveals the provisions on the place, importance and functions of the judiciary of Ukraine, and identifies: the essence of the legal concept of "independence of judges in Ukraine"; structure and terminological side of the institute of judicial governance in Ukraine; categorical-conceptual and structural essence of the analyzed concept. Characterization of the administrative and legal status of judicial authorities in Ukraine is made by describing the content of the organizational unit structure of the administrative and legal status of judicial authorities in Ukraine, the peculiarities of its basic functional elements, as well as the essence of the competence component. Foreign Experience of Judicial Governance Models ”is revealed through the prism of the experience of the European Union member states, and the improvement of legislation in the field of administrative and legal status of judicial authorities in Ukraine is represented by directions and specific proposals to amend existing legislation to address issues. related to the proper functioning of the institute of judicial governance in Ukraine.
