The state of national and international regulation in the field of prevention of domestic violence is characterized and the place of administrative norms in it is determined. The essence and elements of the administrative and legal mechanism of realization of the state policy in the field of prevention of domestic violence are studied as well. The administrative and legal relations in the field of formation and implementation of the state policy on prevention of domestic violence are characterized. Besides, their features, classification and structure are determined. The concepts and features of administrative-jurisdictional activity of separate subjects of realization of the state policy in the field of prevention of domestic violence are defined and the idea of their responsibility is formed. The problems of legal regulation in the field of prevention of domestic violence in Ukraine and ways to improve it, as well as directions of increasing the efficiency of administrative and legal support for the implementation of state policy in the field of prevention of domestic violence, as well as the possibility of using foreign experience in Ukraine in the studied issues are identified.
