The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for managing the organizational culture of transport enterprises. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of organizational culture management based on organizational maturity of transport enterprises has been improved. Scientific approach to systematization of sustainable development goals of transport enterprises by identifying three groups of goals, namely: economic, social and environmental, and the allocation of indicators for each of them, taking into account the specifics of their activities at the current level of organizational maturity. The priorities of social development of transport enterprises are formed by allocating priority and adaptive ones. The management system of organizational culture has been improved, in which, in contrast to the existing one, the goals, objectives, principles, tools and measures are based on achieving the goals of sustainable development. The tools for intensifying the process of transition to a higher level of organizational maturity and the appropriate level of organizational culture of transport enterprises by dividing it by nature - social, economic, institutional and level of application - at the level of transport enterprise and at the level of personality (employee). A scientific and practical approach to determining the levels of organizational maturity of transport enterprises and organizational culture, which is based on the construction of a mathematical model that reflects the components of maturity (organizational, cultural, intellectual and social capital). A methodical approach to assessing the impact of factors and indirect effects of organizational culture on the efficiency of transport enterprises through correlation and regression analysis.
