Rybalchenko N. Mechanisms of state policy of the tourist sphere in Ukraine.

Object of research: state policy the tourist sphere. Methods: logical generalization, factor analysis, synthesis and abstraction, theorizing and historical formalization, systems analysis, comparison, sampling and description, induction and deduction, grouping, modeling and forecasting. Results: an important scientific and applied objective in the field of public administration and state regulation for substantiate of the scientific and theoretical foundations and development of the practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state policy of the tourist sphere in Ukraine has been solved. Novelty: the scientific approach to rising the efficiency of implementation of the organizational and economic mechanism of state policy of the tourist sphere of Ukraine has been offered; the definition of perspective directions of development of the organizational and institutional mechanism of state policy of the tourist sphere of Ukraine has been improved; conceptual bases of development of the organizational and legal mechanism of state policy of the tourist sphere of Ukraine has been provided; the functioning of the mechanisms of state policy of the tourist sphere of Ukraine by applying the methodological and project approaches to assessing the organizational and economic mechanism of state influence has been determined; further developed: substantiation of the component structure of the complex mechanism of state policy of the tourist sphere formation; definition of the tourist sphere as an object of public administration; systematization of foreign practices of the state policy of the tourist sphere from the standpoint of its outlined values which are defined as basic in ensuring the development of this sphere in Ukraine. Implemented in the activities of: Sumy Regional State Administration, Semenivka Village Council of Melitopol District of Zaporizhzhia Region, National University of Civil Defence of Ukraine.
