The dissertation is devoted to a complex research of the problem of criminalistics support of the prosecutor’s accusatory activity in the judicial stages of criminal proceedings. The dissertation considers the current state of scientific research on the forensic support of the prosecution of prosecutors in the judicial stages of criminal proceedings, as well as identifies a set of problems that require scientific justification. The functional orientation of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings has been studied through the prism of the function of criminal prosecution. The system of normative-legal acts regulating the prosecutor’s accusatory activity is characterized. On the basis of theoretical developments of forensic the definition of forensic support of accusatory activity of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings is formulated. The organizational and tactical block of the prosecutor’s accusatory activity, which need to be provided on the basis of the existing system of forensic knowledge, is determined and characterized. The forms and directions of interaction of the prosecution during the prosecution of prosecutors in the judicial stages of criminal proceedings are described, in particular the features of the interaction of a group of prosecutors, the interaction of the prosecutor with investigative and operational units. The definition and detailed description of the sources of information and analytical support of the prosecution of the prosecutor in the judicial stages of criminal proceedings are formulated. Judicial situations that arise within the preparatory proceedings are classified and algorithms for solving tactical tasks for each of these situations are developed. The tactical features of the prosecutor’s activity during the trial are described.
