Remzina N. Organizational-economic support of the national transport infrastructure development on the basis of multimodality

The object of research is the process of forming the conditions for the development of national transport infrastructure. The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of theoretical and methodological bases and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of organizational and economic support for the development of national transport infrastructure on the basis of multimodality. The mechanism of development of transport infrastructure of Ukraine is improved. A scientific and methodological approach to factor-criterion assessment of organizational and economic prerequisites for the development of transport infrastructure of Ukraine has been developed, which contains a list of specific factors and evaluation criteria, as well as an interval scale for interpreting the results. The systematization of the conceptual bases of ensuring the development of the national transport infrastructure on the basis of multimodality is carried out. The methodological principles of institutional support for the development of the national transport infrastructure, which consist of procedures for its adaptation to environmental conditions, have been finalized. The formation of the Strategy for the development of transport infrastructure of Ukraine is proposed. The results of the dissertation research have been accepted for implementation by the National Investment Council, the Department of Transport and Communication Infrastructure of the Odessa Regional State Administration, JET TRANS Limited Liability Company, the Office of Simple Solutions and Results NGO, the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine, Human Development University "Open International University of Human Development" Ukraine ".
