Halona I. Pre-trial investigation of crimes related to human trafficking and other illegal agreement on a person

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the legal, theoretical and organizational and tactical principles of forensic investigation of human trafficking. The content and connections of the elements of the forensic characteristics, in particular the method and circumstances of the crime, the subject of the criminal encroachment, the perpetrators, the victims and the trace picture are examined. Problematic aspects of detection and initiation of pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings on human trafficking are investigated. Typical investigative situations and main directions of investigation are singled out. The peculiarities of tactical and forensic support of investigative (search) actions and covert investigative (search) actions during the investigation of such criminal proceedings are highlighted; the forms of using special knowledge are analyzed.
