Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving of the issues concerning production of gradient penetrating materials from steel metal powders removed from metal-cutting production and saponite using vibrosegregation methods. The materials produced were used as filters for purifying technical fluids in order to provide purification fineness, as well as increasing of environmental safety and rational use of machinery waste with their disposal determination. As a result of theoretical and experimental studies, a new material from waste of industrial production and saponite. It has the improved properties in comparison with similar home and foreign developments. The technological scheme of powders formation taking into account modification. Mathematical model of the system's behavior by experiment planning has been constructed, its coefficients. On mathematical model basis, computer software complex has been developed to form and analyze the behavior of powders under action of vibration. The characteristics of the formed gradient materials providing variable porosity, strength, permeability by height of the sample have been determined.
