In the thesis, the scientific and technical problem is solved, which consists in the optimization of parameters of microstructure and properties of epoxy composite materials due to modes of processing by physical fields for the possibility of their application as protective coverings for semiconductor elements of electronics. The effect of hardener quantity, radiation-heat treatment regime, dose, and energy of electron irradiation of epoxy polymers and epoxy composites filled with aluminum and iron powders has been established. Based on the research results, the optimal composition of epoxy composite materials is proposed for use in the manufacture of protective coatings that can be used in rocketry, nuclear and nuclear industries, military equipment, as well as protection against radiation, aggressive environments, and high-energy physical fields.
