Essay

The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and offers a solution to an important scientific and applied problem, devoted to the development of conceptual, theoretical and methodological and practical recommendations for the mechanism of integrated management training in Ukraine, which will enable adaptability and strategic development of the national management training system. The research is aimed at solving current scientific problems in the field of integrated management training in Ukraine within the evolutionary paradigm of management education system. Methodical approaches to macroeconomic forecasting of the needs of the national economy in qualified managerial staff are proposed, which take into account the configuration of a complex dynamic model that describes the movement of labor resources over time within the socio-economic system. The conceptual basis of transformation of managerial staff in Ukraine is formed. A mechanism for integrated management training has been developed. The modeling of criteria and indicators of the process of implementation of the mechanism of integral quality of managerial training in the context of Industry 4.0 is offered. The conceptual basis of the integral quality of managerial training has been further developed, which is based on the selectivity of variable approaches to consistent interaction of strategy, integrity and system, the logical use of which affects the efficiency of management training, taking into account the integrated approach and principles of complexity transparency and synergies. Methodical support for assessing the integrated quality of the modern system of management training has been developed, which is aimed at the systematic application of employment performance indicators, the level of education in the region, labor market orientation and migration flows of graduates.
