The dissertation is devoted to the study of the topical issue of improving the diagnosis and treatment of non - erosive GERD in combination with essential hypertension, based on the study of questionnaires for the diagnosis of GERD, quality of life and esophago-gastro-pH monitoring. In the course of the research, a correlation analysis was performed between the data of the GerdQ and GSRS questionnaires and the results of daily esophago-gastro-pH monitoring. Also, the sensitivity and specificity of the GerdQ questionnaire for the diagnosis of GERD were determined, and a logit model for predicting the presence of GERD based on the results of the GerdQ questionnaire was built. The peculiarities of the results of the GerdQ and GSRS questionnaires in patients with a combined course of GERD and arterial hypertension were studied, and the quality of life in these patients was assessed. With the help of esophago-gastro-pH monitoring, a comprehensive study of acid reflux, intraesophageal and intragastric pH in patients with a combined course of GERD and hypertension. Data on the study of the influence of representatives of different groups of antihypertensive drugs on the complex of intraesophageal and intragastric pH in patients with a combined course of non-erosive GERD and essential hypertension and the use of esophago-gastro-pH monitoring for this purpose.
