Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis, development and scientific substantiation of theoretical and scientific-methodical approaches to the management of economic resilience of enterprises. The essence of the definition of "economic resilience" is substantiated, which takes into account the peculiarities of the functioning of enterprises in the dynamic conditions of the changing external environment, and the purpose of ensuring economic stability is defined. The main distinguishing features of economic resilience as an object of management are identified. The main components of the process of economic resilience management are established: internal components and external factors of influence that can be predicted during external monitoring; production, financial, social and innovative components of the enterprise; adaptation and flexibility for the enterprise to be able to respond to weak signals of a changing environment. The study of existing approaches to the management of economic resilience, its classification, the assessment and the analysis, that takes into account the machinery enterprises peculiarities is carried out. To make decisions based on a systematic and integrated approach to economic resilience, elements of the enterprise economic resilience management system have been developed to form a database that facilitates effective management decisions to implement strategic and tactical goals of the enterprise in an uncertain environment. The factors of effective implementation of the resilience management system are determined. A methodical approach to management decisions on the choice of strategies for securing economic stability, which is based on a systematic approach and allows to comprehensively consider the current and future management of the enterprise based on various internal factors, as well as to take into account changes in expectations of financial market institutions regarding the future financial and economic stability of the studied enterprise. The use of a balanced system of indicators for integrated assessment of economic resilience is justified, which allows to track changes in intermediate and final results, set and adjust goals, determine the direction and content of actions to ensure the appropriate level of economic resilience. A matrix approach to managerial decisions' support to ensure the resilience of the machinery enterprise has been developed. Sources of information flows have been identified, which allow to build an operating resilience management system in accordance with the proposed matrix approach and make early decisions at both operational and strategic levels of management. Approaches to decision-making in the field of economic resilience management of machinery enterprises are investigated and the system of early warning and reaction which is based on carrying out permanent monitoring of economic stability indicators of the enterprise is offered. It is proposed to introduce this system to the tasks of the controlling service or the department of strategic development at the enterprises of the studied complex, which simultaneously with the traditional functions should deal with the management of economic resilience of the enterprise, internal monitoring and modification of organizational and information support. The proposed system complements the improved organizational principles of managing the economic resilience of machinery enterprises and ensures the validity, relevance and effectiveness of decisions.
