Degree (biology) in specialty 03.00.07 –"Microbiology" - National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, State Institution "Institute of Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases by L.V. Gromashevsky of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine ", Institute of Microbiology and Virology by D. K. Zabolotny of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2020. The dissertation is devoted to the study of the microbial components and the resistance profile of obligate and facultative anaerobic microorganisms isolated from patients with acute necrotic pancreatitis and presents the solution of an urgent scientific problem - improving microbiological diagnosis and treatment of acute necrotic pancreatitis. According to the research data, the quantitative and qualitative compositions of microorganisms isolated from the tissue of the pancreas in patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis was established and analyzed. The ratio of facultative and obligate-anaerobic microorganisms caused acute necrotic pancreatitis in the examined patients was studied. For this, the content of the pancreas and the blood of patients with pancreatitis-associated infections was investigated.
