The dissertation at the monographic level explores the theoretical and practical aspects of the evaluation of evidence by the investigator and prosecutor in making procedural decisions at the stage of pre-trial investigation. The types of procedural decisions of the investigator, prosecutor at the stage of pre-trial investigation and their legal properties have been clarified. The structure of procedural decisions of the investigator, prosecutor is analyzed. It has been proved that in addition to the resolutions and indictments specified in the Criminal Procedure Code, at the stage of pre-trial investigation procedural decisions are: entering information into the URPI; written instructions of the prosecutor, the request of the prosecutor, the investigator in coordination with the prosecutor, the written notice of suspicion.
