A thesis paper deals with a definition of the nature and features of administrative procedures in the activities of tax authorities. Theoretical generalization and new scientific problem solution, which is to define the nature and features of administrative procedures in activities of tax authorities, based on the review of scholarly views and current statutory provisions and to identify the areas of administrative legislation improvement, concerning legal framework of appropriate procedures implementation based on positive native and foreign experience have been shown in this thesis.
