The thesis research deals with the issues of legal regulation of police officers’ social security in Ukraine. This thesis shows the theoretical generalization and thenew scientific task solution, which is to define the nature and features of the legal regulation of social security of police officers in Ukraine, as well as the development of appropriate proposals and recommendations on improvement of general and special labor legislation in the relevant sphere.
