Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of features of movement through customs border of Ukraine of cultural values. The state and directions of development of scientific thought concerning the movement of cultural values across the customs border of Ukraine are revealed. Approaches to defining the essence of the right category “cultural values” are determined. It was noted that despite a significant number of scientific studies on issues related to the protection of cultural heritage, a comprehensive study of the peculiarities of movement across the customs border of Ukraine was previously carried out.
