Bachkir I. Improving the mechanism for diagnosing bankruptcy of machine-building enterprises on the basis of adaptive management

The thesis deals with solving an important scientific problem to improve the mechanism for diagnosing bankruptcy of machine-building enterprises based on adaptive management. The economic essence of the concept “bankruptcy diagnosis mechanism for machine-building enterprises based on adaptive management” is specified. The theoretical and methodological provisions are developed to assess the probability of enterprise bankruptcy through formalizing scientific approaches based on the principles of adaptive management. The system of indicators has been developed for assessing the probability of bankruptcy at machine-building enterprises, taking into account the criteria of information value and statistical independence. The mechanism for diagnosing bankruptcy of machine-building enterprises based on adaptive management has been improved. The scientific and practical approach to assessing the probability of machinebuilding enterprises bankruptcy has been developed. The paper presents the methodical approach to predicting the probability of bankruptcy of machine-building enterprises. It also provides scientifically substantiated principles for machine-building enterprises to establish bankruptcy counseling departments employing the structural-functional approach to prevent bankruptcy.
