Kalenska V. System of investment support of agricultural enterprises in radioactively contaminated areas

The purpose of the study: to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles and develop the practical guidelines for the formation of the investment support system at agricultural enterprises on the radioactively contaminated territories of Ukraine. The object of the study: the process of forming the investment support system for agricultural enterprises on the radioactively contaminated territories. Research methods: scientific abstraction method; monographic method; statistical method; method of correlation and regression analysis; method of grouping; method of modeling. Theoretical results: the theoretical generalization regarding the conceptual approach to the formation of the investment support system at agricultural enterprises on the radioactively contaminated territories of Ukraine is carried out. Practical significance: development and implementation of scientifically relevant recommendations for the formation and operation of the investment support system at agricultural enterprises on the radioactively contaminated territories of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: a conceptual approach to the formation of the investment support system at agricultural enterprises on the radioactively contaminated areas was developed which is based on the use of innovative technologies of the investment analysis and detalization of the system construction and correction algorithm where the emphasis is laid on the strategic planning of reaching the goals of investment support (with a focus on specific principles of investing in contaminated areas) and the calculation of socio-economic efficiency indicators. Degree of implementation: Department of Agricultural Development and Economic Policy of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration, Department of Economic Development of Zhytomyr City Council, Agricultural Subsidiary «Obrii», Limited Liability Company «TERA RA», Polissya National University. Research effectiveness: the results of the study contribute to the formation and efficient operation of the investment support system of agricultural enterprises on the radioactively contaminated territories.
