Kotelnikova I. Personnel management at agricultural enterprises of crop production

Purpose: substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and development of practical recommendations for personnel management in the field of crop production at agricultural enterprises. Object: the process of personnel management in the crop industry of agricultural enterprises. Research methods: analysis and synthesis; monographic; abstract-logical and generalization; analytic hierarchy process; questionnaires, interviews; correlation-regression analysis, using applied computer programs; modeling; comparison of averages, using Student's t-test; graphic and statistical. Theoretical results: theoretical generalization and a new solution to a scientific and practical problem concerning staff management in plant growing at the agricultural enterprises. Practical results: can be used in further theoretical research on the problem of personnel management and in the development of scientifically sound proposals as to more efficient formation and staff management at the agricultural enterprises. Scientific novelty: a methodical approach to assess seasonality of crop production, based on the analysis of fluctuations in wages during the year. Efficiency: the results of the study contribute to solving the existing problems of personnel management in the field of crop production at agricultural enterprises, by forming a personnel management system based on a process-system approach and methodology of continuous process improvement, taking into account key factors.
