The dissertation provides a theoretical justification and offers a solution to the scientific problem, which is to develop theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the development and implementation of strategic monitoring of economic security of enterprises (institutions) of social infrastructure, taking into account the threats and opportunities of national security. A methodological approach to strategic monitoring of economic security is proposed, based on a structural-logical model and includes interrelated blocks: the first -‒ identification of stakeholders and study of factors influencing economic security, the second - determining the level of economic security and implementation of strategic monitoring of economic security. social infrastructure. The construction of sub-industry radars and interpretation of the obtained results on the basis of the developed scale of values of the level of economic security is carried out. The methodological approach to assessing the implementation of risks and their impact on the national security system of the state has been improved. A methodical approach to assessing the degree of risk impact in two categories is proposed: the probability of realization of the phenomenon and the impact of the phenomenon on national security. In order to assess the implementation of risks and their impact on national security, an assessment scale was developed, an integrated risk assessment was calculated and a consensus forecast of risk assessment for 2021‒2025 was prepared. A matrix of relationships between the factors characterizing the state of economic security of social infrastructure enterprises and the parameters of national security stability is constructed. Information and analytical support for strategic monitoring of economic security of social infrastructure enterprises has been developed, which consists in conducting a comprehensive assessment of the level of security by building security radars according to each model situation, application of the matrix of economic security of enterprises and social infrastructure institutions. security by making appropriate management decisions. The influence of socio-economic development on the realization of national interests and economic security of the state is studied by applying scientific and methodological tools for diagnosing the development of enterprises / social institutions in the integrated assessment of economic security, which allows forecasting their impact in the medium-term planning of social institutions economic security. The methodological approach to strategic monitoring of economic security is improved, based on the structural-logical model and includes interconnected blocks: the first - identification of stakeholders and research of factors influencing economic security, the second - determination of economic security and implementation of strategic monitoring of economic security social infrastructure.
