Rogov V. The economic stimulation of shipbuilding enterprises development in Ukraine

The object is the formation process and the use of economic incentives for shipbuilding enterprises development. The purpose is to improve theoretical and methodological approaches to shipbuilding enterprise economic stimulation in the institutional environment uncertainty. The research methods are morphological analysis, comparison, theoretical generalization, system analysis, statistical analysis, SWOT-analysis, expert method, graphical methods, mathematical apparatus of the of generalized fuzzy numbers theory. The results include the scientific approach to the economic stimulation of a shipbuilding enterprise as an open system, a structural and functional unit of the maritime complex and a component of a certain corporate diversified structure; the scientific and methodical approach to creation of the system of early warning and response to economic incentives changes of the enterprise development based on weak and strong signals; the scientific and methodological approach to risk assessment of the enterprise development strategy and strategic decisions substantiation based on the use of the mathematical apparatus of the generalized fuzzy numbers theory. The results are implemented in the early warning and response systems formation by LLC JV “NIBULON” (implementing act № 1 from 26.11.2018), PJSC “Mykolayiv plant of lubricating and filtering equipment” (certificate № 1 from 08.09.2020), LLC “Yugsudoremont” (certificate № 1 from 24.09.2020) and in the activity of the Association of Shipbuilders of Ukraine “Ukrsudprom” (reference № 101–17 from 06.11.2017).
