The thesis is devoted to solving scientific and applied launch and implementation of innovative technologies assess the quality management of construction contracting companies - singers (stakeholders) construction projects. Developed process-oriented technology assessment of management quality TAQM (an abbreviation in english "Technology assessment of quality management"), which introduced the practice of management and economic diagnostics of building contracting companies. Content and hierarchy parameters and settlement and analytical foundation created technology features are subject to an operating system BCC construction project environmental requirements and characteristics of the investment cycle. Technology underlying the economic model provides reasonable grounds to transform the results of the formal evaluation of management, production, resource and property and financial capacity in the BCC integrated assessment of the quality management company investigated as stakeholder construction project.
