Kostenko V. Guarantees of social security for judges in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex and thorough analysis of the problems of legal regulation of social security guarantees of judges. The essence, significance and signs of social security of judges are clarified in the work. The author's interpretation of the concept of social security of judges is given. Negative factors influencing the current state of legal regulation of social security of judges have been identified. Types of general guarantees of social security of judges are revealed. The specifics of each of them are studied. The classification of special guarantees of social security of judges is carried out. The content of such guarantees is characterized, their features are defined. Theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of social security guarantees for judges are identified and ways to solve them are proposed. The tendencies of further development of legal regulation of guarantees of social security of judges are analyzed. Substantiated proposals have been developed for the introduction of positive foreign experience in the legal regulation of social security guarantees for judges.
