Essay

The dissertation presents a new solution to the scientific problem of determining the theoretical and legal principles and features of administrative cases related to the appeal of individual acts. As a result of the analysis, the scientific provisions and conclusions proposed personally by the applicant are formulated. The concept of an individual act is generalized, the categorical understanding of the appeal of individual acts of the subject of power is formed. The understanding of the principles of proceedings in administrative cases related to the appeal of individual acts is revealed and generalized. It has been proven that the main task for administrative proceedings related to the appeal of individual acts is the judicial protection of individuals from arbitrariness by public authorities. The specifics of administrative cases related to the appeal of individual acts are revealed. The legal nature of evidence and forms of judicial appeal of individual acts are revealed. It is proved that in the current conditions related to globalization and European integration processes, modernization of administrative justice and in general aspects of protection of human rights is a priority of administrative reform. The negativity of the state of absence of the Administrative Procedure Code of Ukraine is emphasized. It is proved that the effectiveness of judicial appeal of individual acts depends on many factors that together ensure the quality, timeliness, accessibility and fairness of justice. Numerous changes and additions to the current legislation have been proposed in order to improve the legislation on improving the efficiency of judicial appeals against individual acts.
