Kozhukhar O. Administrative and Legal Support of an Interaction of Civil Society Institutions with Bodies and Divisions of the National Police of Ukraine.

Thesis is devoted to the complex research of the issues concerning administrative and legal support of an interaction of the institutions of civil society with bodies and divisions of the National Police of Ukraine. The paper reviews legal scientific sources, reveals modern ideas of various scientists about the interaction of civil society and the police. The peculiarities of the interaction of civil society institutions with the National Police of Ukraine are clarified and characterized. It is established that the collaboration of civil society institutions with police plays an important role in the implementation of the state's law enforcement function. The state of regulation of relations in this field in the current legislation of Ukraine has been studied by studying legal framework for the interaction of civil society institutions with police. The issues of the current state of an interaction of civil society institutions with police are considered, the priority ways to improve this interaction are outlined.
