Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to investigation of cytogenetic and morphofunctional characteristics of stem cells of bone marrow and blood of animals and human adipose tissue under using of candesartan cilexetil, candesartan and resveratrol. At present cardiovascular diseases are widespread all over the world. Cardiovascular diseases are one of the most dangerous cause of mortality in many countries. There is information about increasing of incidence of this pathology in ten times in many countries in recent years. Now many scientists and doctors try to study and create new more effective and safe drugs and their combinations, new technologies to treat cardiovascular diseases. Cell technologies are the most promising areas for the treatment of various diseases, including cardiovascular diseases. At present cell technologies are applied for diagnostics and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. It is known that mobilized stem cells and endothelial progenitor cells migrate into the heart muscle or endothelium with the subsequent positive therapeutic effect, improve their function and restore after damage.
