Topazly R. Innovative development of the construction industry in Ukraine

The dissertation deepens the theoretical and methodological principles of innovative development of the construction industry and substantiates scientific and practical recommendations for increasing the level of innovative development of the construction industry of Ukraine. The economic nature of innovations is studied, their classification according to the object-oriented approach is developed and the determinants of innovative development of the construction industry are substantiated. Based on the facet method, the structuring of factors of innovative development of the construction industry is improved and the substantiation of the peculiarities of their interrelations and interdependencies is developed. Scientific provisions on the formation of institutional support for innovative development of the construction industry according to the system-integration approach have been developed. The scientific basis of the complex-matrix approach to designing of content modules of innovative transformation of the national construction branch is formed. Scientific and methodological bases of formation and functioning of the mechanism of state regulation of the construction industry for stimulation of innovative processes by development of organizational and instrumental model are developed.
