Object of research - the influence of prescription-technological factors; aim - development of intensive separate technology of manufacturing of dispersed-reinforced self-compacting concrete mixes and concretes on their basis with the improved properties; methods - experimental-statistical methods of mathematical planning, determination of rheological, physical-mechanical and special properties according to standards in accordance with current norms; results - the regularity of individual and joint influence on the effective viscosity of cement-containing suspensions of rapid mixing and variable factors is established; the possibility of obtaining high-strength self-compacting concrete on local aggregates by using intensive separate technology has been experimentally proved; with the use of computer materials science methods the compositions of dispersed-reinforced self-compacting concretes are optimized; further development of the technological basis of the composite construction of the composition of the SCC with improved properties for abrasion and impact strength; introduced - into the educational process at the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, the results are implemented at the production site of “Rostdorstoy” LLC.
