Kolisnyk A. Administrative and legal regime of ensuring legality in the field of customs and service relations

The dissertation is devoted to the definition of the essence and features of customs services in Ukraine as an object of ensuring the rule of law. The study presents modern views on understanding the legal nature of enterprises that can provide customs services and their place in the customs system of Ukraine. The concept and organization of administrative departmental control over business activities in the field of customs and service relations are clarified. The main factors of the legal mechanism of administration of departmental control over the regime of legality in the field of customs and service relations are analyzed in detail. The system of competent subjects is defined, the principles, functions and methods of their activities are singled out. Scientific and theoretical conclusions and practical proposals aimed at improving the legislation, the rules of which regulate the principles of control and customs proceedings of information and legal support of customs law in accordance with the norms and standards of the EU member states.
