Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological principles, conceptual provisions and development of practical recommendations for the regulation of land relations in the context of sustainable rural development. The essence of regulation of land relations in agriculture is revealed. Scientific views are generalized and methods and means of land relations regulation are determined. Theoretical and methodological principles of multifunctionality of land resources in ensuring sustainable rural development have been deepened. The current state of land relations in the context of ensuring sustainable development of rural areas is highlighted, their natural resource potential is characterized. Environmental, economic and social problems of rural development are singled out. The European experience of supporting sustainable rural development and improving the regulation of land relations is generalized. Land relations in its essence is an extremely complex and multifaceted category, formed in the process of long-term social development of such powers as possession, use, disposal of land, land and even individual territories. They are characterized by natural, economic, social features due to the versatility of land resources.
