Loiko S. Land relations in the conditions of formation of market circulation of agricultural lands.

We have considered the scientific approaches of leading scientists to define the essence of "land relations" as regulated by land law social relations arising between legal entities and individuals, public authorities, local governments on the possession, use, disposal and management of land at all hierarchical levels of government as object of management and means of production in agriculture, implementation of measures for land protection and their rational use. It is established that land relations are decisive in the whole system of production relations of the national economy. They form the basis of the country's food security, contribute to the expansion of Ukraine's export potential and contribute to the creation of appropriate living conditions in rural areas. As a result of the study, the world experience of land reforms and the peculiarities of the functioning of the land market in them are taken into account. It is proved that when introducing free sale of agricultural land it is appropriate to introduce strict regulation by the state and local authorities.
