The development of a computerized information processing system for video tracking of moving objects requires the creation of highly efficient computerized systems by developing new and improving existing methods and models of information processing:
- determination of tasks of computerized means in systems of video tracking of moving objects, the state of their solution;
- development of models of a trajectory tracking system and information processing methods that will optimize the processes of receiving, processing and storing data for video surveillance and tracking of moving objects, and will also allow the video tracking system of moving objects used on the basis of mobile complexes to work in an automated mode;
- to improve the method of managing a computerized information processing system during video support, which will provide the ability to determine goals, a set of actions and make an optimal decision by the operator of the mobile complex;
- to develop a methodology for using a computerized information-measuring system, video tracking of moving objects by the operator of the mobile complex.
In the dissertation work, the following new scientific results were obtained:
1. For the first time, a computerized information processing system for video tracking systems based on mobile complexes has been developed, which, unlike previously known ones, allows tracking moving objects by means of differences in their modes of movement, during trajectory tracking, and makes it possible to increase the efficiency of automatic systems of trajectory tracking, stabilization and guidance during video tracking of moving objects.
2. The method of processing video image of a moving object with the use of exponential smoothing and the Kalman filter used on the basis of mobile complexes, which, unlike existing ones, allows to work in an automatic mode, which provides an increase in efficiency, productivity and accuracy in solving control problems, has been further developed.
3. The method for managing the video tracking system has been improved, based on the use of multi-criteria optimization of information processing and differs from the previously known use of conditionally optimal points in the video surveillance process, as well as in the analysis and correction of the platform motion process under uncertainty.
4. The method of video tracking of moving objects was further developed, which, in contrast to the existing ones, is based on the use of a three-axis trajectory tracking system and takes into account the rotational movement of the mobile complex - the carrier of the video surveillance system and allows to increase the speed of information processing and the accuracy of keeping the line of sight.
