Mumladze A. Provision of the innovative development of the national economy in the context of transformation of the financial and economic processes

The thesis has substantiated theoretical consolidation and proposed a solution of the important scientific and applied problem connected with the development of the conceptual theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations concerning innovative development of the national economy in the context of transformation of the financial and economic processes. The obtained scientific results will facilitate the strategic development of the national economy. The conceptual support of the innovative strategy development of the national economy has been developed so as to provide for decomposition of its main objective on the basis of the development of the national economy potential due to the aggregated, differentiated and detailed approaches with a view of making focus on transformation of the financial and economic processes under conditions of globalization and achievement of the strategic benchmarks due to coordination of the innovation and investment activity. Proposed are the scientific approaches to the formation of the mechanism that regulates the national economy development in the context of transformation of the financial and economic processes that provide for synthesis and semantic modeling and take into account the interrelation of the content platform.The conceptual basics of the structural and functional transformations in the context of the innovative upgrading of the national economy have been formulated, they facilitate a methodological support of the systemic regulation of the innovative development of the national economy which considerably extends its strategic support and adaptive and functional development of the economic complex of the country with due account of the innovative component. The process of strategic planning of the innovative development system of the national economy has been substantiated and added with the multi-component task parameters that influence the innovative priorities of the country development with a view of supporting effective financial and economic processes taking place within the national macroeconomic environment Theoretical and methodological principles of the state support of the innovative development of the national economy that envisage the development of the innovative and benchmark function of the state regulation of the national economy and its components in order to stimulate and increase the innovative activity for the development the national economy potential in the context of transformation of the financial and economic processes. The author substantiated the process of formation of the human capital that facilitates the build-up of the efficient and innovation-oriented economy and provides for a systemic interrelation of competences and knowledge, potential capacities and needs of the national economy so as to ensure adaptive support of its innovative development.
