Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of an actual scientific and practical problem in the field of materials science of constructional materials based on BCF by the scientific analysis of draw fiber process and definition of influence on it of physical and chemical properties of rock melts. This will scientifically substantiate the modes and conditions of draw continuous fiber with a high-quality structure, ensuring high and stable strength in their production and subsequent operation. The obtained results of the dissertation can be used in the improvement of technological modes and equipment for the production of BNV and in the development of new basalt fiber composites and other widely used products with increased durability. Key words: basalt melt, fiber formation, melt consumption, glass transition temperature, fiber strength, defects, cooling rate, rheology, hydrodynamics.
