The dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of technical sciences on a specialty 05.01.02 - "Standardization, certification and metrological maintenance". Odessa State Academy of Technical Regulation and Quality, Odessa, 2020. A new approach to the metrological support of conjugate pairs by predicting the failure of parts during wear using statistical information in a limited amount of measurement information is scientifically substantiated. For the first time the concept of metrological support of tests in tribosystems, at control and measurement of wear and restoration in conjugated pairs in real time is introduced and substantiated, providing modeling and calculation of complex schemes of synthesis of ball-bearing unit. Received a further method of quality testing of conjugated pairs by increasing the interval evaluation of the generalized quality indicator based on determining the probability of anomalous processes characterizing the value of appearance on the geometric parameters of the product with a three-dimensional image of damage and restoration of parts. Further development of operational quality management, developed a method of identifying the definition of geometric parameters, which differs from the existing combined application of statistical information and test results. For the first time to ensure quality in conjugate nodes, a model of the instrument system was developed that allows to implement the principle of flexible design of individual parts due to the predicted value of the weight of the bypass of the part during measurement. A method for predicting the quality of conjugate pair and experimental tests has been developed, and an increase in the accuracy of prediction has been confirmed. Keywords: metrological support, measurement during test, filtering of parasitic signals, conjugate details, measurement error.
