Masovets V. Public Administration in the crisis management due to religious factors

In the dissertation is solved the actual scientific task, which consists in substantiation of theoretical bases and practical offers on improvement of mechanisms of public administration in crisis conditions caused by a religious factor creating a basis for scientifically substantiated timely and adequate state response to threats to religious security. A review of scientific papers on the topic of the dissertation, analyzed the conceptual and categorical apparatus in the field of religious security, determined the methodological principles of building a system of religious security of the modern state, generalized and systematized foreign experience in organizing religious space, identified personal challenges to society and personal challenges to society, the Ukrainian state in the conditions of hybrid war, problems there are revealed of public administration in the crisis situations caused by a religious factor in Ukraine. The current problems of functioning of the complex mechanism of public administration in crisis conditions caused by the religious factor in Ukraine, such as: the problem of ensuring the religious security of Ukraine in a hybrid war, due to lack of systematic knowledge about modern technologies of statehood, as well as lack of analytical information. to respond effectively to challenges and threats to religious security; the problem of conceptual and doctrinal definition of religious security in the official discourse of state management of national security; the problem of timely adaptation of the legal framework in the field of national security, taking into account the emergence of new challenges, threats, dangers of a religious nature; the problem of existing gaps between basic social institutions that determine changes in the institutional environment of state management of religious security, as well as institutional gaps between related institutions of external and internal institutional environment of state management of religious security, institutional gap between the general state of the institute of analytical activities in religious security and the complexity of the religious component of the security environment; the problem of existing gaps in the organization of the activities of the subjects of religious security of Ukraine; the problem of improving the structure, clarifying the functions and specifying the tasks of the system of religious security, as well as the problem of improving the mechanisms of public administration in crisis situations caused by the religious factor; the problem of low overall efficiency of the mechanism of the state response to threats to the religious security of Ukraine and the information-analytical mechanism of the state policy of ensuring the religious security of Ukraine.
