The dissertation is devoted to the scientific and practical issue of the formation and development of the Network Business Structure (NBS), subject to the uncertainty of the environment. The dissertation defines the content of network business structures in accordance with the integrated approach to their research, which is formed at the intersection of the substantive provisions of neoclassical, neo-institutional approaches, theories of social economy and games. A categorical space has been formed, which explains the peculiarities of the formation and development of NBS under conditions of a high level of uncertainty in the environment of their operation. In order to in-depth study of NBS on the basis of an integrated approach, the following concepts were introduced into scientific circulation: "network contract", "network rent", "network reputational rent", "network economic equilibrium", "transaction costs of NBS".
