Kanso A. Organizational and economic mechanism of development of social capital of national economy

The object of research is the process of development of social capital of the national economy. The dissertation is devoted to the scientific and theoretical substantiation of methodical bases and practical recommendations on improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of development of social capital at macro- and meso-levels of national economy. The theoretical and methodical bases of formation of social capital are opened in the work, features of operating forms and models of its development, international experience of use of the organizational and economic mechanism of regulation are investigated. Cluster benchmarking of ratings of social capital development of national economies of the world countries is carried out. An integrated assessment of the state and trends in the development of social capital at the macroeconomic level of the national economy of Ukraine, as well as the effectiveness of its regulation at the mesoeconomic level in terms of components and blocks of indicators. The dissertation proposes strategic guidelines and directions for the development of social capital of the national economy of Ukraine. Methodological approaches to the inclusion of forecasting methods and Foresight in the organizational and economic mechanism for regulating the development of social capital have been developed. Proposals for the implementation of agent-oriented models of social capital development of national and regional innovation ecosystems in the processes of regulation have been formulated. The system of indicators of social capital monitoring in the conditions of expanding participation in the processes of regulation of institutional stakeholders of the public sector of the economy is substantiated. The results of the dissertation research were accepted for implementation by the Interregional Department of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service in Poltava and Kirovohrad oblasts, the Agency for Regional Development of Kirovohrad oblast, and the Central Ukrainian National Technical University.
