Essay

The influence of vine planting density and training system of Aromatnyi and Zagrey varieties of modern selection of NSC “IViV named after V. Ye. Tairov” on yield, grape and table dry white wine quality has been studied. The influence of growing methods on parameters of grape phenolic complex, oxidase activity, total concentration of the monoterpene complex and its component composition has been established. The possibility of regulating these parameters by choosing vine planting density and training system has been proved. The influence of methods of vinegrowing on physico-chemical parameters, aroma complex and organoleptic properties of wines has been revealed. It was found that vine planting density 2x1.25 m of Aromatnyi and Zagrey varieties contributed the most to the realisation of their oenological potential. In terms of vine training systems for Aromatnyi, the formation on 120 cm-high trunk was optimal and for Zagrey variety - low-trunkated training system (planting schemes 3x1, 3x1.5 m). The calculation of the parameters of the level of profit and profitability showed the economic feasibility of growing grapes varieties Aromatnyi and Zagrei in these ways.
